The Common Law Review seeks submissions concerning European Union Law. Potential topics include (but are not limited to) the following: judicial dialogue between the ECJ and national courts; defining the competences in the EU; principles of conferral, subsidiarity, and proportionality; the ECJ as an arbiter of inter-state disputes; and the selection and appointment of judges to the CJEU.
