Students for the Promotion of International Law (SPIL), Government Law College, Mumbai, present the 4th Government Law College International Law Summit Feb. 1-3, 2013. The Theme for the Summit, 2013, is Contemporary Issues in International Arbitration and Mediation. The deadline for submitting abstracts is Oct. 15, 2012.
The Summit will include two competitions for students, a Judgment Deliberation Competition (involving a bilateral investment treaty) and a Treaty Appreciation Competition (involving possible amendments to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards). Teams must register for the competitions by Oct. 20, 2012.
