The New York University School of Law, NYU Laws Jean Monnet Center, and the IRPAthe Institute for Research on Public Administration (Istituto di Ricerche sulla Pubblica Amministrazione)will host a seminar entitled Toward a Multipolar Administrative LawA Theoretical Perspective September 910, 2012. Participants will include Justice Sabino Cassese of the Constitutional Court of Italy, Professor Joseph H.H. Weiler (NYU School of Law), and Professor Lorenzo Casini (University of Rome La Sapienza).
Submissions from both junior and senior scholars are invited. Abstracts (up to 800 words) should be sent in .pdf or .doc format to administrativelaw|at|irpa.eu by March 31, 2012. Conference papers will be published in the NYU Jean Monnet Working Papers Series. The best contributions may also become part of a symposium dedicated to the New Theories of Administrative Law, to be published in the International Journal of Constitutional Law (ICON).
