The AALS Sections on Business Associations and on Law & Economics invite paper proposals for a program at the 2016 AALS Annual Meeting, “The Corporate Law and Economics Revolution 40 Years Later: The Impact of Economics and Finance Scholarship on Modern Corporate Law.” The program will be held Friday, Jan. 8, 2016. Manuscripts or abstracts must be submitted by Aug. 27, 2015.
