The Quattrone Center for the Fair Administration of Justice at the University of Pennsylvania Law School hosts Defining Quality in Criminal Justice May 13, 2015. The conference will “seek to define what a “high quality” system of criminal justice looks like, and how that definition can show a path to reform.”
