Clarity, the international association promoting plain legal language, is seeking submissions for Issue No. 70 of its journal (Clarity), scheduled for publication November 2013.
The theme for this issue is teaching plain language. We are particularly interested in articles, research studies, or book reviews focused on teaching methods and theory related to teaching plain language in the classroom and in practice.
See submission guidelines (Clarity’s Instructions to Authors). In sum, your manuscript must be your original work based on your experience or research. It should be 1,000-3,000 words, double-spaced, and in serif font. You must include your name and contact information (including email address) in the submission, along with a brief professional biography of no more than 100 words.
Submissions accepted for publication elsewhere will not be accepted for publication in Clarity. You retain the copyright to your article if it’s accepted. Anyone wanting to reproduce your article (in whole or in part) should first get your permission and should acknowledge Clarity as the source of the original.
