The Editorial Team of the European State Aid Law Quarterly invites experts in private practice and academia to submit annotations on relevant State aid-related cases from the General Court and Court of Justice of the European Union. Cases from national jurisdictions are also accepted if there’s a strong enough link to the EU acquis.
Annotations should be 3000-4000 words in length (including footnotes) and fully conform to the Author Guidelines and the journal’s referencing and style standard, OSCOLA. Annotations should briefly describe the background/facts of the Case, explain the major parts of the judgment and include critical comments.
If you are interested in submitting a contribution please contact the Executive Editor, Caio Weber Abramo, at weber-abramo[@]lexxion.eu, specifying the particular Case you wish to annotate. That case will be reserved for you. The full list can be found on the website: https://www.lexxion.eu/en/journals/estal/#cases.
Submission of the final manuscript should be done via the journal’s online manuscript submissions system, Scholastica.
