Transnational Dispute Management issues a call for papers for a special issue on “Modernisation of the Energy Charter Treaty.” The deadline for submissions is Sept. 7, 2018.
Submit proposals to ect@transnational-dispute-management.com. Proposals should not exceed 2 pages. Topics of particular interest include: protection of foreign investments; international trade in energy materials; energy transportation or transmission rights and obligations, and related dispute resolution mechanisms; resolution of disputes between participating states.
