The Younger Comparativists Committee (YCC) of the American Society of Comparative Law (ASCL) holds its Seventh Annual Conference April 20-21, 2018, at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Abstracts are due by Dec. 31, 2017. (“Younger” scholars are those who have been in academic positions for no more than 10 years.)
Student Prizes
The YCC will award the Colin B. Picker Prize for the best paper submitted by a graduate student. Students must submit abstracts by the above deadline and submit their final papers by Jan. 31, 2018.
The YCC will award the Phanor J. Eder Prize for the best paper submitted by a J.D., B.A., or LL.B.
or other student who has not yet completed the first law degree as of April 1, 2018. Final papers are due Jan. 28, 2018.
