The Board of Editors for Western Michigan University Cooley Law School’s Homeland & National Security Law Review invites original, unpublished paper submissions for upcoming publication in the Law Review’s Fall 2017 volume.
The Homeland & National Security Law Review appears on both Westlaw and HeinOnline and publishes articles, comments, and case notes focused on policy, legal, or operational issues implicated in homeland and national security law. For example, topics include those focused on anti-terrorism and force protection, aviation law, border security, counterterrorism, critical infrastructure protection, cyber security, domestic military operations, emergency management, immigration, intelligence collection and analysis, and privacy.
The Law Review strives to foster an intellectual forum for academics and practitioners in the field of homeland and national security law so that others may continue to learn and share in this ever-increasing study of law.
Submissions may be made via ExpressO or via email to hnslawreview[@]cooley.edu. Submissions must include a paper in Microsoft Word (or comparable file format), a resume or curriculum vitae, and a cover letter. The paper’s citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass’n et al. eds., 20th ed. 2015).
