The University of Baltimore School of Law‘s Journal of Land and Development invites papers for its Volume 6 2016-2017 edition.
The Journal of Land and Development is one of the few national journals that focuses on property and environmental law. The publication covers urban, suburban and rural issues involving land use, environmental preservation, economic development and community development, as well as real estate transactions and matters concerning finance, property, civil rights, human rights, civil liberties, and state and local government.
Submit articles to JLD@ubalt.edu. The deadline for Spring 2017 is March 15, 2017, though articles submitted after March 15 may be considered in the following semester.
