CFP: Human Rights, Housing and Dispute Resolution – Malmo, Sweden

The Housing Law Research Network invite abstracts for a Housing Law Symposium, titled Human Rights, Housing and Dispute Resolution, to be held at Malmö University, Sweden. A wide variety of approaches will be acceptable including theoretical, doctrinal and empirical and work can be focused on a particular jurisdiction, comparatively or internationally. Possible topics include:

  • Development of international housing rights discourse
  • Nuisance, neighbours and anti-social behaviour
  • Article 8 ECHR Rights, evictions and the home
  • Dispute resolution in residential housing
  • Planning and housing provision
  • Law, economics and housing finance
  • Housing law, planning and public policy
  • Theorising space: public and private
  • Housing, conservation and the environment
