The AALS Section on Emplyoment Discrimination invites papers for its program, Responding to Fisher v. Texas, at the AALS Annual Meeting (Jan. 3-7, 2017). Abstracts are due by Aug. 31, 2016.
This program will reassess, in the wake of Fisher v. University of Texas (to be decided in Summer of 2016), whether and/or how employers can be attentive to race in hiring and promotion.
