The University of St. Gallen will present the 2016 St.Gallen International Competition Law Forum ICF on May 19-20, 2016.
The conference will feature a wide variety of competition law, policy and economics topics: in addition to the opening speech by EU General Court Judge Marc van der Woude and the keynote by the Director-General of DG Competition, Johannes Laitenberger, certain panels are going to focus on commitments and settlements, restriction of competition by object or effect, the future of competition law and the role of politics, competition economics as well as the future of competition law as it regards Switzerland.
