On Friday, February 19, 2016 the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy will be hosting its annual Spring Symposium on the Death Penalty in America Post-Glossip. The symposium will assess the implications of the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Glossip v. Gross, as well as geographic disparities in the application of the death penalty.
