The S. Horowitz Institute for IP in memory of Dr. Amnon Goldenberg (TAU Law) and the Engleberg Center on Innovation Law and Policy (NYU Law) are holding a two-day workshop devoted to the forthcoming Handbook, edited by Rochelle Dreyfuss (NYU) and Justine Pila (Oxford). The Workshop will take place on December 7-8, at TAU Law.
The workshop’s first day will be devoted mostly to discussion of the book’s chapters on the foundations of IP, its historical background in various regions of the world, the intersection of IP and other legal and social topics such as climate change and public health, and some doctrinal issues. The second day will present contemporary Israeli studies on IP, by Israel’s leading IP scholars, on topics of innovation, users’ rights, and enforcement.
