The University of Illinois College of Law hosts the Empirical Patent Law Conference, organized by Professors Melissa Wasserman (University of Illinois College of Law) and Michael Frakes (Northwestern University School of Law), Oct. 9, 2015. It “will bring together a diverse mix of scholars in patent law, economics, and policy.”
