European Procurement & Public Private Partnership Law Review

The  European Procurement & Public Private Partnership Law (EPPPL) Review invites contributions to upcoming issues.

Facing severe budgetary restraints, the modern State has to balance rising demands for transparency and accountability in its economic intervention with the necessity to deliver public services efficiently. The EPPPL provides detailed coverage on the EU and national legislation and regulation governing Public Procurement and PPPs, the major legal and policy instrument of public sector management which provide the procedural and substantive interactions with private operators necessary for the effective delivery of public services.

Submissions: Email Barbara Dallinger, dallinger[@]lexxion.de, to discuss article proposals. Articles should be 20-25 pages and judgment annotations should be 8-15 pages.

Deadlines: Issue 3/2015: August 3, 2015. Issue 4/2015: November 2, 2015.
