The conference “explores the role of law, policy, and regulation in the innovation process, and the role of scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs in the process of law and policy-making. Speakers and panelists will include industry experts and academics in the fields of data security and privacy; energy and the environment; biotech and medicine; and intellectual property. The conference will analyze the value of deliberate and collaborative partnerships between scientists, lawyers, engineers, regulators, and policy-makers in designing creative solutions that will facilitate innovation.”
