The Food and Drug Law Journal, in conjunction with the Food and Drug Law Institute and the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, will hold a symposium on “Constitutional Challenges to the Regulation of Food, Drugs, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, and Tobacco Products” on Oct. 30, 2015. The Journal invites abstracts for papers to be considered for presentation at the event.Abstracts are due by June 1, 2015.
