“Conference workshops will address the many ways that law teachers are incorporating experiential learning in all types of courses. With the rising demands for legal-education reform and “practice-ready” lawyers, this topic has taken on increased urgency in recent years. The Institute takes a broad view of experiential education, encompassing learning that integrates legal theory and knowledge, practice skills, and guided reflection, with the goal of teaching students how to learn from experience.”
