The Texas Journal of Business Law is looking for articles to publish in the areas of business entities (formation, regulation, taxation, mergers/acquisitions, venture capital issues, finance of entity transactions, securities regulation), UCC areas (sale & leasing, negotiable instruments, deposits and collections, electronic funds transfer, letters of credit, docs of title, investment securities), other payment system areas, banking and financial institution legal issues (including matter by TX Finance code & federal reserve), electronic commerce, and so on.
