The AALS Administrative Law Section will be putting on a program entitled New Voices in Administrative Law at the AALS annual meeting in New York January 2-5, 2014.
At this event not a conventional panel but a series of small-scale mentoring sessions junior scholars in administrative law will be able to present a work-in-progress to two senior scholars for comment and discussion. This event gives junior scholars an opportunity to meet senior administrative law scholars, get feedback on work, and get to learn about the section.
Space is very limited. If youre interested, please let Bill Araiza (Brooklyn) know as soon as possible, at bill.araiza[@]brooklaw.edu. Your presented work doesnt need to be final by January, but by the Fall we would need a substantial written product for the commenters to read before the conference. Theres no formal definition of junior scholar, but the working definition is someone whos been teaching seven or fewer years.
