The Connecticut Law Review announces its 2013 symposium topic, The Second Amendment and Gun Control.
We will explore the history of the Second Amendment, current legal trends in the area of gun control, and what to expect as we move forward from the recent tragedies in Connecticut and across the country. Participants will examine the many facets of this issue, including the balance of the Second Amendment with other individual rights as well as regulation at the state and federal levels.
