The British Institute of International and Comparative Law presents 40 Years of the European Communities Act 1972: A Retrospective on December 6, 2012.
Coinciding with the Government’s review of the balance of competences in the EU, this event will mark 40 years of the European Communities Act 1972 in the UK by offering a retrospective of how EU law has, in fact, impacted the UK in variety of areas, including business, IP and telecommunications and financial services.
