The Institute for Global Law, Justice & Policy and the New York Law School Law Review will present Solving Global Problems: Perspectives from International Law and Policy April 12, 2013, 8:00 a.m. 5:40 p.m.
This symposium will examine the role of international law, legal policy, and norms in solving contemporary global problems. Distinguished scholars from across the United States and overseas will discuss pressing problems in areas of international law including environmental law, investment and trade law, the use of force, and human rights. Each presentation will be followed by a response from one or more commentators.
