The Connecticut Insurance Law Journal is the only academic, peer-edited law review in the United States dedicated exclusively to the publication of original research on the law relating to insurance, risk and responsibility. Now in its second decade, the Journal attracts articles that are theoretically sophisticated and of practical importance. All of the Journal’s articles undergo thorough peer review by leading faculty members in the insurance law field before being accepted for publication.
