The John Marshall Law School presents the 20th Belle R. and Joseph H. Braun Memorial Symposium: The Development of Privacy Law from Brandeis to Today Sept. 27-28, 2012.
The keynote address, by Dr. Amitai Etzioni, will be “Privacy and the Common Good.” Sessions are:

- Historical Perspectives on Privacy in American Law
- Privacy Regulation and Policy Perspectives
- Technology and the Future of Privacy
The symposium concludes with the dedication of the Arthur J. Goldberg Memorial Courtroom and a Convocation Ceremony featuring Justice Antonin Scalia.
