The Editors of Transnational Environmental Law (TEL), Thijs Etty & Veerle Heyvaert, invite the submission of manuscripts from scholars, lawyers and professionals active in fields related to environmental law and governance. Submissions will be accepted year-round, and accepted publications will appear online in FirstView on a rolling basis, ahead of their scheduled publication in print.
TEL is a new peer-reviewed Cambridge University Press journal dedicated to the study of environmental law and governance beyond the state. It approaches legal and regulatory developments with an interest in the contribution of non-state actors and an awareness of the multi-level governance context in which contemporary environmental law unfolds.
TELs inaugural issue, which features a stellar line-up of leading scholars in the field, is temporarily available free of charge here.
