University of Maine School of LawJeffery Maine, Associate Dean for Research and Maine Law Foundation Professor of Law, presents today his paper, “Taxing Creativity,” (co-authored with Xuan-Thao Nguyen, Gerald L. Bepko Chair and Director for Intellectual Property & Innovation, Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law), as part of the Maine Law Faculty Scholarship series. Prof. Maine is an expert on tax law and has authored or co-authored eight books and numerous articles in the field. His current research is on the intersection of federal taxation and intellectual property.
