Professor Jonathan Nash, Emory University School of Law, on January 23, 2019, presented as part of the Emory Law Faculty Colloquium Series his paper, co-authored with Jonathan Masur, University of Chicago Law School: The Problem of Regulatory Prediction. Professor Nash spoke in place of Saule Omarova, Professor of Law, Cornell Law School, who was unable to attend due to illness. She had planned to present her paper: New Tech v. New Deal: Fintech As A Systemic Phenomenon.
