The City University of New York Law Review (CUNY Law Review) invites submissions for issues 20:1.The deadline is Aug. 1, 2016.
The City University of New York Law Review (CUNY Law Review) publishes “Scholarship For Social Justice.” Our articles are authored by cutting-edge scholars and legal practitioners who strive to influence and radicalize the law and legal profession. We cultivate our staff, board, and every article we publish with the Law Review’s larger vision in mind –– to address the consequences of structural oppression and to challenge these structures themselves.
Our social justice mission is deeply integrated into the Law Review, with a rigorous article selection process that emphasizes innovative legal scholarship by and in support of communities of color and other historically marginalized and disenfranchised groups of people. For more about the guiding ethos of our Law Review, read Equity & Efficiency: The Role and Practice of Diversity in Legal Scholarship written by our 2014-2015 CUNY Law Review.
