Faulkner Law

Faulkner Law Review at the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University invites proposals for its 5th Annual Law Review Symposium, “The Role of the Judge in the Anglo-American Tradition,” September 22 and 23, 2016.

Consistent with the mission of Faulkner Law Review to promote understanding of contemporary questions by drawing upon the resources of the Anglo-American legal tradition, the symposium will explore the role of the judge by examining both how the role of the judge has developed in
the common-law tradition and American constitutionalism and the role of the judge today.

Deadline: Submissions, abstracts, or proposals for this year’s symposium may be sent via email to ExecutiveEditor@faulkner.edu. The deadline for submissions is July 15, 2016.
