The Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy will host the panel discussion, “Will Fee Shifting Help or Hinder Patent Enforcement?,” on March 2, 2015 at New York University School of Law. The panel will discuss “the pros and cons of the current legislative proposal in H.R. 9 that the patent litigation loser should pay the winner’s attorney’s fees and costs.”
