The Minerva Center for the Rule of Law under Extreme Condition, the Aptowitzer Center for Risk, Liability and Insurance and the Center for Cyber, Law and Policy will present a symposium on the Legal Challenges of Terror on June 7th, 2018 at the University of Haifa.
The symposium will deal with three main challenges of terror: Challenge to the legal systems, challenges to Cyber systems and challenges to financial systems, in three time frames: before, during and after a terror attack.
